That, in addition to the current directors, the following person be elected as a director of Guelph Junction Railway Limited as of February 11, 2025, to hold office for a term of up to three (3) years, subject to earlier resignation, removal, or election of their successor: Jayne Holmes, Director. That it be confirmed that the following persons are currently officers of Guelph Junction Railway Limited: Tara Baker, Chief Executive Officer; Trevor Lee, Chief Financial Officer / Treasurer. That, in addition to the current officers, the following person be appointed as an officer of Guelph Junction Railway Limited as of February 11, 2025 to hold office for the length of time to be determined by the directors, at their discretion, subject to earlier resignation or removal: Jennifer Charles, Corporate Secretary / Legal.

6:50but it is something that we've already started to reach out to our ggr customers and
6:55Obviously, they're watching the terrorists and trade disruptions very closely and
7:00You know an example as we do have some product that is

7:14So we're trying to understand with our customers what those
7:17impacts could be if there are any

7:27So we're working with our customers to understand that and then from a more corporate perspective

7:40And that's really a three-pronged effort. It's to provide information for the business community. It's to provide information for residents
7:49In terms of you know shopping local shopping Canadian those sorts of things and the third prong is if
