Report a broken sidewalk.

A resident in Guelph waited ten years for a broken sidewalk to be fixed. It took a records request to get it moving, and nobody could tell her where she sat in the queue.

So this keeps a list anyone can see. Report the one near you, and it joins the public sidewalk map with the day it was reported and how long it has been waiting.

What this form records

Your name, email, phone number, the spot on the map and your photo are saved to the campaign's records so the report can be followed through.
The photo, the street and the date go on the public sidewalk map on this site. Your name, email and phone number do not.

The waiting time is then tracked on your behalf until it is fixed.
