1:42:49Council went into a closed session earlier under two items.

1:42:55The first one was downtown land disposition update.

1:42:59So we did receive advice from our staff in regards to that matter.

1:43:04And council did give direction.

1:43:06And in regards to the second item, which is the appointments to the downtown Guelph Business Association boards of directors.

1:43:13We do have a motion coming out of closed session in regards to that.

1:43:16I'll ask to see if councillor Caron would mind bringing that forward.

1:43:20I don't see her on the screen.

1:43:23So could I look to somebody in the room that would be willing to do that?

1:43:27Okay. Councillor Klassen, would you mind reading that at low force?

1:43:31Yes.

1:43:33That city council rise report and introduce the following motion as part of the April 16th, 2024 open council meeting.

1:43:40That Jordan Foster and Crystal Maines be appointed to the downtown Guelph Business Association board of directors for a term ending in November, 2026, or until such a time as successors are appointed.
