1:26:40So in terms of KPIs, so they're collected

1:26:45from every organization that is awarded a community grant.

1:26:50Those KPIs are determined at the point of application.

1:26:54They're gathered by staff and reviewed by staff

1:26:57and the grant panel,

1:27:01and then a, irrigated and reported annually to council.

1:28:10and so the strategic plan drives the city work

1:28:13and certainly foundationally we look for partnerships

1:28:17with grant organizations that would align

1:28:19to the strategic plan and to our community plan as a whole,

1:28:22but the funding is linked to performance

1:28:25out of their organization,

1:28:27whether that's operating capital

1:28:28or even a special events grant.
