40:30Okay, good evening everybody.

40:32Thank you very much for joining us.

40:33And I do apologize that we were a few minutes late

40:36from the start time as originally tabled at six o'clock.

40:39We were in a closed meeting of council

40:42and I'll just give the very, very quick summary as I do.

40:46Coming out of closed, it was listed on the open agenda

40:48as public space use bylaw.

40:51And we did receive information in regards

40:54to the public space bylaw.

40:56And we also gave direction as well to that matter.

41:01And so with that, there's nothing more to state.

41:04And if you could please rise if you're able

41:07so we can recognize our national anthem.

41:09That'd be great.

41:10Thank you.
