9:14Nobody that's unanimous. We will now meet in closed session and when I am done

9:17I'll do a high-level summary when we come out of closed session. Thank you very much

9:22All right. Thank you. We're just meeting back here an open session of the CAO recruitment and

1:35:06performance subcommittee and

1:35:08we did go into closed session earlier when we started our meeting and

1:35:13and

1:35:14My summary coming out of that is just that we had a good discussion with the recruiter

1:35:20And we gave you know, there's a lot of feedback back and forth and we ended up giving some direction

1:35:26there and to the recruiter and

1:35:28That's the takeaway for the recruiter and we'll be having further meetings coming up several of them in the next couple of months

1:35:35So with that, that's my summary and I'm just looking for a motion to adjourn, please

1:35:41Counselor sorry, mr. Mayor pardon the trouble. We do just have a confirmation of all the minutes

1:35:47I'm sorry. Yeah receipt report listed on the open agenda as well. Yeah, I'm so sorry about that

1:35:51I forgot about that. I remembered it back there for hot out here

1:35:54All right, so we have the motion for the minutes in the open session and that's for the meeting held on April 17th

1:36:022024 to be confirmed as recorded and without being read counselor or work. You're okay with that. Yes, and

1:36:09Counselor all you're okay with seconding those minutes. Thank you anything further hearing none. Is anyone against the minutes?
