That the Council of the City of Guelph now hold a meeting that is closed to the public, pursuant to The Municipal Act, to consider: Guelph Storm Hockey Club Operating Agreement - 2026-13 As per section 239(2) (f) and (k) of the Municipal Act, regarding advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose and a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board. Corporate Cybersecurity Briefing 2026 - 2026-68 As per section 239(2) (a) of the Municipal Act, regarding the security of the property of the municipality or local board.
