That the Council of the City of Guelph now hold a meeting that is closed to the public, pursuant to the Municipal Act, Sections 239(2)(b)(d)(e) and (f) related to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and labour relations or employee negotiations, and litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality of local board and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
