11:26To the mayor to Councillor Caton, certainly as part of our review, we will look at accessibility
11:31options that are possible within the scope of the budget for this project. We have not done any
11:36detailed investigation at this time and we're going to do that quickly. I do want to just caution that
11:42there is a timeline that we're under in terms of time pressure because we do have to submit this
11:49application in about two and a half weeks. So we have to be very clear about the scope of work
11:54when we do submit this application, but we will through staff look at all of those options for
