40:58So clerks and staff, you're noticing that, right? Okay. So it should not say 5 Queen Street there. It should say 79 South Oak Street West.

41:09Everyone good with that? It's an administrative catch. Okay. So you're good with that clerk? Everyone's good? Okay.

41:18So I'm voting on that one separately just to make a point that we caught it. Okay. So I'm going to have you move it for me. So it's moved by Councillor Gull or seconded by Councillor Bousetil. Thank you.

41:30I'm going to call the vote. Is anyone against that as corrected as amended? Okay. That's unanimous and with it corrected. Okay. Thank you.

41:40What I'm going to do is I'm going to now go back to the rest of the consent. Is there anyone else that wants to pull any of the items other than 72 Gordon Street, which we'll vote on separately?

41:51So is anyone want to pull 128 Dufferin Street, 14 Mitchell, 15 Gordon, 57 Kirkland Street, 75 South Oak Street West, 77 South Oak Street West. And that's it. Is there anybody that wants?

42:08No. All right. Who would like to help me move those then please? Ault and Koran. Thank you. Anything further?

42:18No. I'm going to call the vote on those. Is anyone against? No. Okay. That's unanimous on that. I'm going to now call the vote separately as requested on 5.1, which is 72 Gordon Street with the objection to notice of intention to designate.
