1:56:05quorum
1:56:08Okay, we do I am going to call the meeting to order in the open session right now
1:56:14Um, we did move into a closed session earlier around around 4 30
1:56:20And as described on the open agenda, we had two items that we went in camera on
1:56:25The first one was the chief administrative officer
1:56:292026 performance objectives update and the second one was the slownhill park encroachments
1:56:36I'll just start with the second one as the high level summary there. So we did give
1:56:40a direction to staff in regards to the slownhill park encroachment issue
1:56:45In regards to the chief administrative officer 2026 performance objectives update
1:56:51We have actually a motion that's coming from closed session into the open session right now
1:56:56And I'll just ask a counselor karan uh to consider moving that please sure happy to move it seconded by counselor
1:57:03Richardson that the report 2026 chief administrative officer performance review proposed objectives dated january 20th 2026 be approved
1:57:13Great. Thank you very much and just before I call the vote on that because uh, this happens every year
1:57:19and what we changed several years ago was uh to actually have
1:57:24Once it's approved the ceo actually come in open session to do a delegation and presentation
1:57:31To everybody about what these objectives actually are and that will be happening in the next couple of weeks
1:57:36We're going to have terra come and and speak about that. So just so just so everyone knows from the open session
1:57:41She'll come and she'll speak about that in the uh here as well. Okay in a couple weeks. So uh with that
1:57:47I'll call the vote if that's okay everybody. Yep. Okay. Is anybody against?
1:57:54Nobody so that's unanimous. Thank you very much
1:57:57And that's the only two issues that we had for our in-camera and that's my summary for that
