12:52So we have just two items

12:56That are on our closed agenda and they're titled chief administrative officer

13:022026 performance objectives update

13:05Section 239 to BND of the municipal act regarding personal matters

13:11Unidentifiable individual including municipal or local board employees and labor relations or employee negotiations

13:18And the section the second one is Sloan Hill Park encroachments

13:23section 239 to F of the municipal act regarding advice that is subject to solicitor client privilege including communications

13:31necessary for that purpose

13:33Those are the only two items that we would look to be discussing as your colleague of mine that be willing to move

13:40Councillor Richardson and alt will second. Thank you

13:44I'll call the vote if that's okay. Is anyone against those two items to talk about enclosed

13:49Nobody that's unanimous. Thank you very much. And so we'll have that meeting now and then

13:55We will look to have a summary when we come out of closed session to continue with the open

14:02I probably will do the summary at six o'clock when the public meeting is actually

14:10To start at six. So just so if anyone is watching online or is

14:15in the room

14:17Which nobody is

14:19Then just be prepared that we probably will not come back out until six o'clock no matter what to start at that time

14:26Okay, so thank you very much. All right. Good evening everybody

1:34:30It is

1:34:32About five minutes to six and normally our open session meeting would start at six

1:34:38We've had a little bit of a delay. So we are going to start the open session at six fifteen

1:34:43Okay, so we're sorry about that. I will give the uh, the

1:34:48in-camera summary

1:34:50At that time when we start the open session. Okay. Thank you very much
