1:54:22Um for the closed session items

1:54:24However, we're also going to take a quick break for a bite right now

1:54:29That's fair at the same time. So just for anybody like in the public or anyone watching online and things like that

1:54:35I think what we're going to do is we're going to move the motions to move into closed right now and get that

1:54:40I've conferred with the clerk. This is the best process to do

1:54:43However, we will have a break for dinner and and you know my colleagues at home can get grab a bite and then we will move into closed

1:54:51So right now it's a 547. I would suggest that we uh meet in

1:54:57closed from my

1:54:59council my council colleagues online

1:55:01at

1:55:02615

1:55:04Okay, so that way, you know kind of went to went to actually load on to to online

1:55:09Um with that though the authority to move into closed session vote

1:55:14Would be on two items the status update on downtown land

1:55:18Disposition Baker street redevelopment that's under section 239 to see of the municipal act regarding a proposed or pending acquisition

1:55:26or disposition of land by the municipality or local board

1:55:30And the second one is potential municipal boundary expansion

1:55:34section 239

1:55:352f and k of the municipal act regarding advice that is subject to solicitor client privilege

1:55:41Including communications necessary for that purpose and a position plan procedure criteria or instruction

1:55:48To be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board

1:55:55Um, may I have someone move uh galler and alt with two else? We'll second that and uh, I'll call the vote then on that to move into closed

1:56:05Is anyone against?

1:56:08No, okay, so uh clerks you're good then with all of that. Okay, so we will have uh

1:56:15A break, but then we will move into closed at 615 sharp

1:56:20And then for anyone interested I still will come back out

1:56:23We will come back out to do the high level summary and the adjournment of the in the open session when we're done

1:56:29Okay, thank you very much everyone
