12:20We, so we only have you and Dominique and myself.
12:24So the three of us have to like, we're a quorum, the three of us.
12:29Okay.
12:30Okay.
12:30Cause I never heard from Leanne.
12:31So she thought it was canceled too.
12:34She seemed to get a thing that it was canceled.
12:37So I'm going to just text her and say it's on anyway.
12:42Okay.
12:46Okay.
12:47Thank you.
12:48Okay.
12:49No problem.
12:49We'll, um, Kathy, we'll just, uh, we'll just, I'll move.
12:53I'm going to start the meeting so that we can get into the in-camera portion.
12:57Okay.
12:59So here we go.
13:00Just one sec.
13:04Okay.
13:05So I'll officially call the meeting to order for the chief administrative officer,
13:10recruitment, selection and performance subcommittee meeting.
13:13It is just after three o'clock on Tuesday, December 12th, 2023.
13:19Um, before we look to move into closed session as described on the open agenda.
13:24Uh, is there any disclosure of pecuniary interest or any general nature thereof
13:29for the issue in front of us today?
13:31Okay.
13:33I'm hearing and seeing none.
13:36I did get official regrets from chair alt.
13:40Uh, with that, uh, there is an opportunity for us to move into closed under the
13:46title chief administrative officer subcommittee performance objective
13:50setting for 2024.
13:53And it's under section 239 to B and D of the municipal act related to personal
13:58matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board
14:02employees and labor relations or employee negotiations.
14:06Uh, councillor, I'm sorry, chair downer, would you mind moving that for me?
14:10So moved.
14:12Thank you.
14:12Seconded by chair or Rourke and I will call the vote.
14:16Is anyone against that?
14:19Hearing and seeing none, uh, that is passed.
14:22And so now we will have a meeting that is closed and I will come back into the
14:26open session to give a high level summary once we are done.
14:30Thank you very much.
37:18Good afternoon clerks.
37:25I can hear you, councillor Gibson.

37:37I appreciate it.
46:41All right, everyone.
46:42I'd just like to call the subcommittee back to order from, uh, coming out of closed.
46:48Um, and for our, um, my summary, uh, we, uh, there was no direction given at all.
46:55Uh, we just talked about what was, uh, the upcoming performance.
46:59Uh, sorry, the objectives for the, uh, the CAO moving into 2024.
47:04Um, and that conversation will continue, uh, at another time as well as we,
47:08as we hone those and, uh, so that's it.
47:11Uh, nothing else that came out of that.
47:13So I'm looking for a German of, I'm sorry, just one second.
47:41And I'm just going to have a motion to, uh, move actually the open minutes, uh,
47:46that are from the subcommittee meetings held on November 6th and the 28th,

48:12So, uh, thank you.
48:14And now adjournment please of the subcommittee.
48:18I'll go with Karan moving that for us and or Rourke seconding adjournment.
