0:18looking to move into a closed session as described on the open agenda and it is titled Chief Administrative
0:28Officer Subcommittee Performance Objective Setting for 2024. This is under section 2392B and D of
0:36the Municipal Act related to personal matters about an identifiable individual including
0:41municipal or local board employees and labor relations or employee negotiations. With that
0:48can I have a mover and seconder for us to move into closed? I'll go with Chair Keran and Chair
0:54Downer seconding that. Anything further on that item? Hearing and seeing none. I'll call the vote.
1:00Is anyone against moving into closed? Hearing none seeing no opposition. That's unanimous.
1:07So we will have a closed meeting in regards to this and I'll come back out into the open
1:10session when we're done to give a high level summary of the closed meeting and we'll move on from there.

1:28:32Officer Recruitment Selection and Performance Subcommittee.
1:28:36And in my reporting out to high level from the closed session, the committee did give
1:28:43direction to the CAO in regards to some objectives, and that will now flow as it normally does
1:28:53through to the committee of the whole meeting, which will come forward in February for next
1:28:57steps after Council considers items.
1:29:01So that is my summary.
1:29:04And with that, I'm just looking for adjournment, please.
