13:49As is documented on the open agenda, we have a few to do and they are, let's see here, they're on the screen.

14:06Quite a few. The minutes, the closed minutes, the superior court decision update of 2025-475, 3540 and 55 Silver Creek Parkway South,

14:19Ontario Land Tribunal update, just 2025-474 and 26-40 Cardin Street and 27-39 Macdonnell Street, Ontario Land Tribunal update 2025-505.

14:33That the council of the city of Guelph now hold a meeting that is closed to the public pursuant to section 239 to ENF of the municipal act regarding litigation or potential litigation,

14:43whether it matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and advice that is such a solicitor, client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

14:55And before I look to see if there's a willingness to go on camera on those, is there anyone that wants to declare any conflict of interest or pecuniary interest or any general nature thereof on these items?

15:09Not seeing or hearing anything. So then would someone be willing to move to go into closed on those for me? I'll go to the screen today.

15:17Caron and Katen. Anything more? Nope. I'll call the vote. Is anyone against moving into closed on just those items?

15:27Okay, that's unanimous that we can do that. For anyone watching, there will be a high level summary as usual when we come out to start in the open session.

15:37Council, I'll see you in closed in just a couple minutes. Thank you. All right. Good evening, everyone. How's everyone doing?
