1:35:16We want to give the opportunity for the value for money

1:35:19audit to be completed, and those results to be reported

1:35:22to council in September, and also because of work planning,

1:35:25we wouldn't be able to get to it any sooner anyways.

1:35:27And so then we would be providing by information report

1:35:30at some point in September, the framework

1:35:32for what this operational review will look like.

1:35:34We'll do that work throughout the fall,

1:35:35and then we will make sure that we're delivering

1:35:37those results early enough in 2027.

1:35:40So ideally January 2027, that it can inform

1:35:43the next term of councils, both strat planning,

1:35:45as well as multi-year budget.

1:36:35might not be completely done, but does X amount of dollars

1:36:40of a new piece of equipment help do A, B, and C a bit faster?

1:36:49at least have some of those options for debate

1:36:53for implementation in the beginning of next year

1:36:57when that budget is there?

1:39:35because as you're looking at how we might improve

1:39:44but it is also the operational impact

1:39:46that we'll need to factor in.

1:40:22and new term of council.

1:40:26We're taking it seriously, and we will make sure

1:40:30that the engagement happens, and that's actually

1:40:32my only question I forgot about that.

1:40:54and what staff are suggesting would be the appropriate timing

1:40:57and methods for that engagement process,

1:40:59so that information can be found.

1:41:12by the audit that Mr. Jelassik's team is doing.

1:41:15We also need to look at that operational review

1:41:18because going out to community engagement

1:41:20without having something tangible for people to comment on

1:41:22won't necessarily be a productive exercise,

1:41:24so yes, there will be community engagement,

1:41:26but we need to make sure that we're going out

1:41:28and making sure we're being clear

1:41:29about what questions we're asking.

1:41:31We do also have the citizen satisfaction survey data

1:41:34that also will inform these conversations.
