4:34Before I go into those, there's any disclosure of pecuniary interest or any general nature thereof for the closed items that anyone needs to be aware of.

4:45And the two items that are listed is June 2023 public appointments to the Guelph Police Services Board.

5:03And the second is the memorandum of agreement between the City of Guelph and the Ontario Public Service Employees Union, local 231.
