1:39:55And then the second one is the closed meeting investigation

1:39:58report, the motion on that one for recommendation

1:40:01is to be received.

1:40:03Would someone be willing to move that one for me?

1:40:06Thank you, Downer and Hauser.

1:40:08We'll second that, thank you.

1:40:10I would like to actually take the time

1:40:13to just recognize that it's nice to see that this report,

1:40:18which is done by a third party,

1:40:21indicated that we did follow all of the procedures.

1:40:25We did follow all of our rules in regards to

1:40:30that those allegations.

1:40:33This is something that I just wanted to publicly state

1:40:36that we as a team here, as the elected officials

1:40:42and as our staff, we do take this very, very seriously.

1:40:47For lack of a better term, we police ourselves

1:40:53very well in regards to the why we're going back there

1:40:59and making sure we are staying on topic

1:41:03and we do everything correct.

1:41:06And so when, you know, this is now,

1:41:08the clerks can maybe correct me.

1:41:11I think this is the third closed meeting investigation,

1:41:15I believe in the last three terms.

1:41:18And every single one has come back,

1:41:21indicating that we have followed

1:41:23all the procedures correctly, every single one.

1:41:26So I'm very proud of the members of council on this team

1:41:31and staff that take this very seriously.

1:41:35And just as a reminder, you know,

1:41:37I remember before I became the mayor,

1:41:40we never even started an open session of council

1:41:47to deliver why we were thinking about going in camera,

1:41:51a vote of council as to why we were going into camera

1:41:55to then go into camera, have the meeting,

1:41:57and then we never ever did even summaries at all.

1:42:02We used to just have our meetings

1:42:04where they just started in camera.

1:42:06And then there was no summary.

1:42:08So there has been a lot of movement

1:42:10in regards to the transparency, the processes,

1:42:13and the procedures that we've done

1:42:15in regards to going into closed session.

1:42:18And it is frankly a team effort,

1:42:21and I'm just thankful very much to my colleagues,

1:42:24both past and present on this council

1:42:27for taking this very, very seriously.

1:42:30And it was nice to see that this report validated that.

1:42:35So with that, I'll call the vote.

1:42:38Is anyone against receiving of that information,

1:42:41of that investigation report?

1:42:44Nobody, that's unanimous as well, thank you.

1:42:47So there's no other service area chair
