That the Council of the City of Guelph now hold a meeting that is closed to the public, pursuant to The Municipal Act, to consider: Hanlon Creek Business Park - Disposition Update - 2026-274 As per section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act, regarding a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board. Authority to Take Step in Legal Proceeding - 2026-311 As per section 239(2)(e) and (f) of the Municipal Act, regarding litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

21:12Thank you for joining our committee of the whole meeting

21:14for Tuesday, June the second.

21:17It's one o'clock.

21:19And right off the top, we are looking to move

21:22into a closed session on a couple of items

21:24as disclosed on our open agenda.

21:29And the first one is Handlin Creek Business Park

21:32disposition update as per section 239-2C

21:37with the Municipal Act regarding a proposed

21:39or pending acquisition or disposition of land

21:42by the municipality or local board.

21:45And the second is the authority to take steps

21:47in legal proceeding as per section 239-2E

21:51and F of the Municipal Act regarding litigation

21:55or potential litigation, including matters

21:57before administrative tribunals affecting

21:59the municipality or local board.

22:01And advice that is subject to solicitor client privilege,

22:04including communications necessary for that purpose.

22:07Now, before I call the vote out here on that,
