2:38Okay, we have the one item as usual on the agenda. So we have the

2:43Alliot long-term residents quarterly report 2024 Q3. And if I could have somebody move that,

2:53and then we'll go into questions and discussions. Councillor Richardson seconded by

2:59Councillor Buczatell. Okay, are there any questions regarding the consent, the item on the consent

3:08agenda? We have Michelle Parker and Martin Rowe here from the from the Alliot community.

3:20Any, Councillor O'Rourke. Thanks, Chair Downer. Just a quick question about the

3:28surplus at the end of page three. Is that just surplus in the year to date but expected to

3:35you know, be played out within the next quarter?

3:40Those are allocated? Through you, Chair Downer to Councillor O'Rourke. Yes, that is a year to date,

3:48quarter three. That's prior to the construction being completed on our new long-term care spaces.

3:55So the reconciliation hasn't occurred yet and that will be demonstrated in Q4 report,

4:00which you'll receive in the new year. Great. And through you, Chair Downer, just about that

4:07Edinburgh redevelopment for that LTC bed expansion. We're all super excited that we've got the new

4:11beds and that there are residents in those rooms. So I am just wondering if you wanted to explain to

4:20us how that transition went, how it's going. I know I'm curious about it.

4:26Thank you. Through Chair Downer to Councillor O'Rourke. Yeah, we're really excited. The transition has

4:31gone exceptionally well. We became fully occupied on November the 20th. So as we

4:38admitted residents over the course of the two weeks post occupancy, feedback has been tremendously

4:44positive. Families are very excited. Residents are excited. Our staff and our residents are,

4:52you know, finding their own community within the group. And I'd say on the whole,

4:58it's been an exceptional experience. Thank you. Are there any other questions? I just have a comment.

5:06Just to thank the Michelle for the great tour we had of the new Edinburgh redevelopment. It was

5:15really informative and it does look like a very pleasant place with the colors and

5:19how you've been able to incorporate that new butterfly approach. It was really great for me to

5:24see that sort of on a hands-on way on how that works for people. Also how you're slowly transforming

5:33or however quickly you can, the other wings into that as well. And you can see how that can be

5:40immensely helpful to the residents living there. So thank you for that tour of the new wing and

5:46congratulations on having that open and being able to take some of that little point for sure.

5:54Folks into there as well, into the Elliott. So seeing no other questions or comments,

6:02is there anyone opposed to the motion on the floor? Seeing them, that passes. Great. Thank you. So are
