Councillor Caron be appointed as the Committee of the Whole Corporate Services chair for a term ending November 15, 2026, effective November 16, 2024.

5:39:16in the year once at the beginning once now and there is kind of a flow that i have to do

5:39:25um so it can kind of go fast a little bit but uh but just bear with me as i kind of have to go

5:39:30through each one and do a flow of a procedure on how we do this and our clerks have have brought

5:39:36everything forward so there is uh preferences from members of council of where they kind of want to

5:39:43sit and we're going to only concentrate on the chairs appointments right now okay then after that

5:39:48we'll do the vice chair so um the first one to the clerks is audit i hope you have it in that in that

5:39:56sequence and i only have one person that has come forward with that preference and it's councillor

5:40:02galler as you can see there it's councillor Goller be appointed to the audit chair for the rest of

5:40:08this term and now this is the flow part i have to ask is there anybody else that would like to

5:40:14put their name forward for this position hearing and seeing none can i please have somebody move

5:40:21a motion to accept councillor Goller as the chair richardson and busitil all right anything further

5:46:57but as the chair so there was nobody that put themselves down for first second third fourth

5:47:02but there was one person that did that was katin so was katin uh allowed to be vice chair yeah
