- Financial Plan for Water and Wastewater Services - 2024-34.pdf
Council, as owner of Guelph's drinking water system, is asked to approve a six-year financial plan for water and wastewater services. The plan is a required condition for renewing the City's Municipal Drinking Water Licence from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, which expires in 2024. It is built from Council's already-approved budgets and forecasts and must be submitted to the Province.
