4:33:12Now, our city clerk, Stephen O'Brien is going to do a small little presentation, more for the filling of the vacant ward six Councillor seat. But Council, we can get we can we can get rid of the first one here. The first one is completely mandatory by the Municipal Act. We have to declare that the seat is vacant.

4:33:34I don't think we need a discussion on this. It's pretty obvious. Would someone be willing to move that for me, please? Councillor Billings, Councillor Chew will second it. Can I call the vote? Good. Is anyone against saying that her seat is vacant? That would be weird if you did. But okay, that's unanimous. Thank you.

4:33:54Now over to you, Stephen O'Brien, to give us a little preface to the other part of the report.

Automatic transcription is imperfect. Treat quotes as a guide and check the recording before relying on exact wording.
