1:49:01Back here in open session, thank you so much.

1:49:04As was described on the open agenda

1:49:07and voted on to go in closed earlier on three items,

1:49:11140 Hadadi Road, that was on Ontario Land Tribunal Update,

1:49:15along with 78 to 82 Eastview Road,

1:49:18Ontario Land Tribunal Update.

1:49:20My summary on that is that on both of those items,

1:49:24council did give direction to staff on both of those items.

1:49:29So we'll see what happens with those in the future.

1:49:31And then on the last one,

1:49:32which was downtown construction encampments

1:49:34and public space use bylaw,

1:49:37we had a discussion about that

1:49:39and we received legal advice and other advice from staff

1:49:44in regards to that issue.

1:49:46And at this time, we'd like to report out openly

1:49:49and transparently about that through a motion.

1:49:52So at this time, I'd like to turn it to councillor Gower,

1:49:57I believe, and to councillor Richardson,

1:50:00looking to move in second a motion in open session.

1:50:03I'll turn it over to you, councillor.

1:50:05Through your worship, I'd like to move a motion

1:50:06that staff be directed to draft a public space use bylaw

1:50:10to address safety concerns regarding encampments

1:50:13and related activities on lands owned

1:50:15or operated by the city of Wolf

1:50:17to be brought for council consideration

1:50:19by the end of February, 2024.
