- Road Network Maintenance, Levels of Service - 2025-197.pdf
An information-only note confirming that Guelph's official standard for maintaining roads is the province's minimum maintenance standards under Ontario Regulation 239/02. Staff say this is an administrative clarification that does not change current maintenance, and is meant to replace confusion created by older reports that no longer match practice. No financial impact is identified.
