The exact wording of every motion, who moved and seconded it, how each member voted, the titles of the staff reports attached to it, and the full transcript of what was said at every meeting we could get a recording of. Every result links to the page it came from, and every one of those pages links to the City’s official minutes.

Debate is searched through the meeting it was said at rather than through each decision separately, so a phrase from the floor will usually take you to the meeting. Decisions are found by their motion, their title and the councillors who brought them forward.

The transcripts are produced automatically and contain mistakes, particularly with names. Treat quotes as a guide and check the recording before relying on exact wording.
