3:30With going into a closed meeting. So the only thing that I need to ask is

3:36If there's disclosure pecuniary interest and general nature thereof before we go into closed

3:44I see none. I just want to confirm Mr. Kirk that we have quorum

2:06:46We have just come out of a two hour closed session and we are going to take until 6 30

2:06:52Before tonight's council meeting starts. So we'll give you some time to go and

2:32:27And so I want to do what is called rise and report and open session

2:32:33So on those closed agenda items solid waste scales project contract settlement an update regarding habitat for humanity development

2:32:41charges and an update on the Ontario Land Tribunal for 35 45 and 55 soul Creek Parkway

2:32:48City Council received information and provided direction to city staff

2:32:52On a memorandum of agreement with the International Alliance of theatrical stage employees are at C local 357

2:33:00City council received information and provided direction to city staff

2:33:04So coming out of that closed meeting we received information from our HR team

2:33:09I'm pleased to advise that we gave direction to staff to finalize and execute a memorandum of agreement with I at C

2:33:15We really appreciate the collective bargaining process and want to thank the members of both the city and I at C bargaining teams

2:33:21for their collective discussion and work on this agreement I at C members support live events at our River Run Center

2:33:28Which is important component of the city's cultural fabric

2:33:32City staff leaders alongside I at C leadership met over the past few months to formalize the details of this agreement

2:33:38And we look forward to it being fully executed. So thank you for that

2:35:59As we gather let us take time to reflect on our privilege to live and work in Guelph a city built over rich

2:36:06Indigenous histories we are guests here and we should reflect upon the responsibility to care for this land

2:36:11The people who live here today and the generations to come if our actions today can move us towards reconciliation

2:36:17We should take pause and make those decisions with intention and gratitude

2:36:22This place we call Guelph has served as traditional lands and a place of refuge for many peoples over time

2:36:28But more specifically the Atta Wanderangk and the Haudenosaunee

2:36:31This land is held as a treaty lands and territory with the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation

2:36:36Guelph lies directly adjacent to the Haldeman tract and is part of a long established traditional hunting ground for the six nations of the Grand River

2:36:43Many first nations Inuit and Métis people who have come from across Turtle Island call Guelph home today

2:36:50All right before we launch into our open session. Is there any disclosure of pecuniary interest and general nature thereof?
