0:38All right, good afternoon everyone. It's Monday November the 6th 2023. It's one o'clock and this is our chief administrative officer recruitment selection and performance subcommittee

2:47As we gather let us take time to reflect on our privilege to live and work here in guelph
2:51The city built over rich indigenous histories
2:54We are guests here and we should reflect reflect upon the responsibility to care for this land
2:59The people who live here today and the generations to come
3:02For actions today can move us towards reconciliation. We should take pause and make those decisions with intention and gratitude
3:11This place we call guelph has served as traditional lands and a place of refuge for many peoples over time
3:17But more specifically the anewanarak and the hodonoshoni
3:22This land is held as the treaty lands and territory with the mississaugas of the credit first nation
3:28And guelph lies directly adjacent to the haldaman tract and is part of a long established traditional hunting grounds for the six nations of the grand river
3:37Many first nations inuit and matey peoples today who have come from across turtle island now call guelph home
3:45Any disclosure of pecuniary interest or any general nature thereof from anybody?

4:11And it is that council of the city of guelph now hold a meeting that is closed to the public pursuant to the municipal act
4:18to consider and it's under cao 2023 subcommittee performance objectives review
4:25Which is section 239 to b and d of the municipal act related to personal matters about an identifiable individual
4:33Including municipal or local board employees and labor relations or employee negotiations

1:04:35To have a discussion and it was only there was no direction given at all. It was just receiving of information

1:04:44With the cao in regards to the subcommittee and the performance objectives and mid mid term kind of review
1:04:52Of the goals. So it was just a discussion. That's it. Nothing more
1:04:56And with that though before I look for
