20:19All right, I'm going to call the meeting to order,
20:21wondering if my colleagues online
20:23would mind turning on their cameras
20:25just so we have enough for core.
20:27And that would be awesome.

20:30And welcome.
20:31This is City Council sitting as the shareholder
20:34of Guelph Municipal Holdings, Inc.
20:36So we are, we got a different hat on, as I always say,
20:40for this meeting that we have here.
20:42It is Wednesday, July the 9th.
20:44It is just after four o'clock.
20:45And so I'd like to officially call the meeting to order.
20:48Is there any disclosure of pecuniary interest
20:50or any general nature thereof from any members?
20:54Don't hear or see any.
20:57So with that, we are looking to move into a closed session.
21:02And it is that the Council of the City of Guelph
21:05now hold a meeting that is closed
21:08to the public pursuant to the Municipal Act.
21:10It is titled, GMHI shareholder information and Electra Update.
21:15And it is that the Council of the City of Guelph
21:17now hold a meeting that is closed to the public
21:19pursuant to the section 2392 I of the Municipal Act
21:23regarding a trade secret or scientific, technical,
21:26commercial, financial or labor relations information
21:28supplying confidence to the municipality or local board,
21:31which if disclosed, everything is cut off there,
21:35could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly.
21:38The competitive position or interfere significantly
21:41with the contractual or other negotiations
21:44of a person, group of persons or organization.
21:48Moving that for me will be,
