0:16Elliot and we'll have one item on our agenda today and we're joined here by
0:22Michelle Karker for the CEO of the Elliot. Is there any disclosure, pecuniary
0:28interest and the general nature thereof? Seeing none. We'll have the confirmation
0:35of the minutes of the open meeting of the committee of management for the
0:39Elliot that was held on March the 5th. If we could have a mover to confirm
0:45those. Councillor Cossin moves that seconded by Councillor Rooster. Is there
0:54anyone opposed? Seeing none. Thank you. We're going to ask for the authority now
1:01to move into a closed meeting. That motion would be that the committee of
1:06management for the Elliot now be hold a meeting that is closed to the public
1:09pursuant to the municipal act sections 239 to be related to personal matters
1:16about an identifiable individual including municipal or local board
