6:28Okay everyone I'd like to call the CAO recruitment selection and performance subcommittee

6:34meeting to order please it is just after one o'clock and it is Tuesday November the 26th

6:442024 so thank you for joining us right off the top there is a question of any disclosure of

6:50pecuniary interest or any general nature thereof for the item that we'll go and closed on hearing

6:57and seeing none there is as described on the open agenda that the CAO recruitment selection

7:08and performance subcommittee now hold a closed meeting pursuant to the municipal act to consider

7:14chief administrative officer performance objectives review and that's under section 239 2 b and d

7:21excuse me of the municipal act regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual

7:27including municipal or local board employees and labor relations or employee negotiations

7:34chair Caron and chair downer will move and second that to move into closed is anyone against that

7:46nobody that's unanimous we will move into closed high level summary when we get out thank you

1:03:40of the planning meeting that we're about to start so I'm just rising with the chief administrative

1:03:49officer recruitment selection and performance subcommittee from our closed meeting and just

1:03:55to give the high level summary we gave our CAO we received information from our CAO there was no

1:04:03other further direction given at that meeting in regards to that topic so it was just to receive

1:04:09receive only and with that I'll look for a motion to adjourn the CAO subcommittee so

1:04:17chair or orc will do that for me chair Goller will second it for me and is anyone against

1:04:23adjourning that meeting nobody that's unanimous so thank you very much and now in five minutes
