11:48For the Elliott long-term care residents and there's a motion there and we do have

11:57We have Al van Luen the CFO and Martin rural their chief of residential care to answer any questions you have

13:04Provincial funding I see it at 2% and my question is and I should know this is going forward

13:10Is this a fixed provincial amount because I hear from other agencies that 2% 2%

13:16That's what we're being told for next year's kind of budget. Have you heard anything differently?

13:26Okay, thank you and kind of related to that is the employee costs again in other you know sectors and so on

13:36Grants that come from the province or other levels of government

13:39Have you heard anything about reductions or freezing or caps to those kinds of programs?

13:45In terms of compensation for employees nothing no nothing at this point. Yeah
