4:34All right, good afternoon everyone.
4:36It is December the 10th at two o'clock.
4:40And so I'm going to call the Chief Administrative Officer,
4:44Recruitment Selection and Performance Subcommittee meeting to order.
4:49Right off the top,
4:51is there any disclosure of pecuniary interest or any general nature thereof?
4:56Hearing and seeing none.
4:59We do have a recommendation to move into a closed session.
5:03That is under Section 239 to be and D of the Municipal Act regarding personal
5:11matters about an identifiable individual,
5:13including municipal or local board employees and labor relations or employee negotiations.
5:20And so with that, Chair Downer will move to go into closed.
5:25Chair Caron will move seconds right to go into closed.
5:30And is anyone against that?
5:32Nobody.
5:33So we will move into closed under that item.
5:36Chief Administrative Officer 2025 Performance Objectives Review.

53:22We considered that matter and we gave direction to the CAO and we gave direction to staff as well.
53:36And so we'll be following up with that in the new year.
