17:11I'd like to call the meeting to order right off the top.
17:14Is there any disclosure of pecuniary interest or
17:17any general nature thereof for the items on this agenda?
17:21Hearing and seeing none,
17:24we are looking to have a recommendation of moving into a closed session.
17:29The title being GMHI,
17:32shareholder information and electric capital update.
17:35As per Section 2392,
17:37I a trade secret or scientific technical,
17:40commercial, financial or labor relations information,
17:43supply and confidence to the municipality or local board,
17:46which if disclosed could reasonably be expected to
17:49prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere
17:53significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of
17:56a person, group of persons or organization.

1:30:11So just bear with us as we finish off our GMA-TRI meeting.
1:30:15In regards to that, just a high level summary,
1:30:18we had a closed session for going into closed under GMA-TRI.
1:30:25It was with the title GMA-TRI shareholder information and
1:30:30electro capital update.
1:30:32So from the summary from that,
1:30:33we just received information.
1:30:35There was no direction given at all.
1:30:36We were just receiving information from both staff and
1:30:40Electra and so that was all that was done in camera, no direction at all.
1:30:45So back to our open meeting here.
1:30:47We do have a motion for the confirmation of open minutes.
1:30:51That is for city council as the shareholder of GMA-TRI.
1:30:55The meeting held June 23rd,
1:30:572026 to be confirmed as recorded and without being read.
1:31:02With yes, Councillor Caron and Councillor Hauser are
1:31:07willing to move and second those minutes.
