3:58All right, good afternoon everyone. It is Tuesday January 20th, 2026. It is 2.30. I'm just calling
4:04the Chief Administrative Officer Recruitment Selection and Performance Subcommittee meeting
4:09to order. And right off the top, we're looking to move into a closed session for this item.
4:16But before I do that, is there any disclosure of pecuniary interest, any general nature there of
4:21for the item that's in front of us? Hearing and seeing none. So to move into closed,
4:28it is under section 239, 2BND of the Municipal Act regarding personal matters about unidentifiable
4:35individual, including municipal or local board employees and labor relations or employee
4:40negotiations. And this is titled Chief Administrative Officer 2026 Performance Objectives Update.
