2:38All right, good evening everyone.
2:40It is five o'clock on Tuesday, November the 28th, 2023.
2:45And this is the Chief Administrative Officer,
2:48Recruitment Selection and Performance Subcommittee.
2:52And we have an agenda in front of us
2:56that looks to move us in camera
2:59as described on the open agenda under the title,
3:02CAO Annual Performance Evaluation
3:05and Objective Setting Process.
3:09And before I look to the committee
3:12for a motion to move in camera,
3:15is there any disclosure of pecuniary interest
3:17or any general nature thereof
3:18for the item we'll be talking about?
3:21Hearing and seeing none,
3:24I am looking for that recommendation.
3:26This will be under section 239 to BND of the Municipal Act.
3:32It's related to personal matters
3:34about an identifiable individual,
3:36including municipal or local board employees
3:39and labor relations or employee negotiations.
3:42Could someone move that for me?

40:54in regards to that matter
40:56and we also direction was given to me
40:59from the committee at this time.

41:03So I'm looking for an adjournment for this committee.
