6:09All right, good afternoon, everyone.
6:11It's Wednesday, July 16th, 2025.
6:14It's one o'clock and we are just meeting here now
6:16as the Chief Administrative Officer for recruitment,
6:19selection and performance subcommittee with all the chairs.
6:23And the only chair that has sent regrets today is Chair Klosson.
6:29And with that, is there any disclosure of pecuniary interest
6:32or any general nature thereof for the item
6:34that we're looking to move into closed on?
6:37Hearing and seeing none.
6:39There is a motion looking to move into a closed session
6:44and it's that CAO, Recruitment, Selection and Performance
6:46Subcommittee of the City of Guelph now hold a meeting
6:49that is closed to the public pursuant to Section 2392B
6:53of the Municipal Act regarding personal matters
6:56about an identifiable individual, including municipal
6:58or local board employees.
7:01Would some of you be willing to move that for me?
